Month 1: Deep-Dive Communications Audit

Month 2: Strategy Development
You get a practical, focused communication strategy that covers internal team alignment, board communication, messaging clarity, and external engagement. This strategy becomes your north star, not a 40-page binder that gathers dust.

Month 3: Implementation Support
I walk with you through the early implementation phase. That may include coaching an in-house comms person, helping you hire the right person to execute, or advising your leadership team as you roll it out.
