Why monthly coaching?

Many nonprofit comms leaders feel lonely and don't have anyone on their team who "speaks" communications. Therefore, when it comes time to make a strategic plan, manage a high-stakes comms situation, or develop a strategic plan, these leaders have no one to turn to that will get it, much less be able to help them move forward with a plan.

  • Monthly Coaching is different than my CCO Accelerator.

    • That is for nonprofit comms leaders who want a  personalized roadmap to go from order-taker to strategic partner and really change their organization's comms strategy.

  • Monthly Coaching is different than my Think Like a CCO Cohort.

    • The cohort is for nonprofit comms leaders who want to spend focused time over 12 weeks learning alongside their peers how to think like a Chief Communications Officer.​

  • Monthly Coaching is different than engaging in the Nonprofit Comms Club but complements it well.

    • The Club is where you get 24/7 access to a community of peers who" get it" plus ongoing training and support from the entire group.

How Does it Work?

​With Monthly Coaching, you get to bring whatever comms issue you're dealing with to a private session with me. We can tackle marketing, PR & media, internal comms, CEO positioning, stakeholder engagement, and more. Perhaps you're navigating a challenging season at your nonprofit and comms has to make a major pivot. Whatever you're dealing with that month, you can bring the problem to me and we'll work on it together so you have a plan and don't feel alone as you move forward. 

 

After our Discovery Call to ensure we're a right fit for each other, we'll set up your monthly calls. Most people choose a set time and day each month so there is predictability for knowing when you'll have sessions with me and can plan accordingly. 

Monthly Coaching gives you 2 hour-long coaching calls per month plus periodic email and chat support in-between calls.

PLUS you also get a year of membership in the Nonprofit Comms Club at no additional cost. 

How Much Does it Cost?

Monthly Coaching costs $1000/month with a 5 month minimum. After the first 5 months are up, we will reassess together if you want to continue on a month to month basis.

This is professional development and comms support your employer should fund. Monthly coaching helps you navigate real challenges in real time, which means your organization sees the results immediately. Whether it's a campaign that needs direction, a leadership conversation you're preparing for, or a strategy you need to pressure-test, the investment pays for itself in the quality of your work.
